
Ingredients
100 g bean sprouts
1 carrot, skinned and shredded
1 small courgette, shredded
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
a dash of pepper
Method
1. Heat the pan with oil, saute with ginger. Pour in the shredded carrot and courgette and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add in the drained bean sprouts and seasonings. Blend well & simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Off fire and serve hot.
