
Ingredients
2 big potatoes, peeled and diced
1 carrot, skinned and diced
125 g vegetarian ham, diced
tomato sauce
water
Method
1. Preheat the pan with oil, slightly brown the vegetarian ham and set aside.
2. Stir fry and simmer the diced potatoes & carrots till almost almost cooked.
3. Add in the vegetarian ham and mix well.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and sufficient water to create gravy. Blend well and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Off fire and serve hot.
