Stir-Fried Kang Kong with Vegetarian XO Sauce



Ingredients

500g fresh kang kong
2 tbsp Vegetarian XO Sauce
1-2 ginger shredded
1 tbsp oil

Preparation

Trim the kang kong leaves and cut the stalks. Discard the tough end of the stalks. Wash and shake off excess water.

Cooking

Oil the pan till smoke, saute ginger for 1 minute. Add in the kang kong and stir-fry for 2 minutes. When the kang kong has shrunked, put in the XO sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
