
Ingredients
1 pc vegetarian cod fish
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp sambal grilled sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
water
salt, pepper for seasonings
Method
1. Sliced cod fish and set aside. Cut tomatoes into quartered chunks.
2. Heat the pan with oil, stir fry chopped ginger till brown. Put in the tomatoes with 1/2 bowl of water. Mash moderately the tomatoes while cooking.
3. Add in the sambal paste and mix well. Put in the fish slices, blend and seasonings.
4. Dish up and serve hot.
