Stir-fried Tomatoes


Ingredients

4 (250 g) tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 slices ginger, shredded
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce

2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
pepper to taste
30 ml water

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add ginger and fry for 1 minute.

3. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 11/2 minutes. Stir in the sauce and bring to boil.

4. Off fire, dish up and serve immediately.
