Stir fry Cai Xin


Ingredients

200 g Cai xin
2 tbsp mushroom sauce
some vegetarian meat floss
1 tsp sesame oil

Method

1. Saute the pan with ginger. Add in the cai xin and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Dish up.

2. On the serving plate, pour in the mushroom sauce and sesame oil. Garnish with vegetarian meat floss. Serve hot.

The Tricolor Plat


Ingredients

100 g bean sprouts
1 carrot, skinned and shredded
1 small courgette, shredded
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
a dash of pepper

Method

1. Heat the pan with oil, saute with ginger. Pour in the shredded carrot and courgette and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

2. Add in the drained bean sprouts and seasonings. Blend well & simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3. Off fire and serve hot.

The Tofu Combi


Ingredients

1 cake of tofu
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 canned button mushroom, chopped
salt & pepper
1 tsp sesame oil

Method

1. Preheat the pan with oil, saute with ginger. Add in the diced red & green pepper, chopped mushroom and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

2. Add in the tofu and mashed it all. Seasoning with salt & pepper, sesame oil. Stir in and blend well.

3. Off fire and serve hot.

Diced Potato in Tomato Sauce


Ingredients

2 big potatoes, peeled and diced
1 carrot, skinned and diced
125 g vegetarian ham, diced
tomato sauce
water

Method

1. Preheat the pan with oil, slightly brown the vegetarian ham and set aside.

2. Stir fry and simmer the diced potatoes & carrots till almost almost cooked.

3. Add in the vegetarian ham and mix well.

4. Pour in the tomato sauce and sufficient water to create gravy. Blend well and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Off fire and serve hot.

The Rainbow Dish


Ingredients

150 g mange tout peas
1 celery, cut slanted
1 carrot, shredded
1 red pepper, sliced
1 canned of gluten, sliced
2 tbsp mushroom sauce
water
a dash of pepper

Method

1. Preheated the pan with oil, saute with some ginger. Stir fry the mange tout peas for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

2. Put in the seasonings and allow simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
