
Ingredients
1 cake of tofu
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 canned button mushroom, chopped
salt & pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Method
1. Preheat the pan with oil, saute with ginger. Add in the diced red & green pepper, chopped mushroom and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add in the tofu and mashed it all. Seasoning with salt & pepper, sesame oil. Stir in and blend well.
3. Off fire and serve hot.
