Ingredients
100 g haricot vert or french beans
some vegetarian mock floss
1 tbsp light soya sauce
drops of sesame oil
Method
1. Cut away the head and tail of the haricot vert.
2. Boil a pot of water, add some salt and put in the haricot vert and allowed simmer till cooked.
3. Drained and place on serving dish. Seasoned it.
4. Sprinkle with vegetarian mock floss and serve.
