Stir fry Chinese White Radish

Ingredients:

1 radish - peeled and chopped
1 carrot - peeled and chopped
2 stalks of celery branch -chopped
a few slices of ginger - stripped
salt and pepper for seasoning
oil and water


Method
Stir fry radish, carrot, celery and ginger together in oil and water for 10 minutes on low heat. After this add salt and pepper to taste.

Effects: Help digestion; clears bloating and fullness; helps bowel movement.
