2 dried black fungus florets - soaked
1 tomato - cut into wedges
water
miso paste
sesame oil
dash of pepper
Method
1. Drain the soaked fungus and set aside.
2. In a pot of water, add in the black fungus florets and tomato wedges and bring to boil.
3. Stir in the miso paste and off fire. Serve hot with sesame oil and a dash of pepper.
