Microwave Cake

Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 cups fruit yogurt or plain yogurt sweeten
100 g flour
50 g sugar

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed well.

2. Greased a microwaveble glassware or ceramic.

3. Pour the batter into it and microwave for 5 minutes.

4. Serve hot or cold.
(note: i have tried using without eggs, and i added pandan paste to give the cake extra colour instead of juz plain white...it tasted marvellous!)
