
Ingredients
90 g Flour
3 Eggs
70 g Castor Sugar
50 g Raisins
few Oil or Butter (to grease mould)
Note: Raisins can be replaced by other types of dried fruits.
Method
1. Sift flour well and set aside. Separate egg yolks from egg white.
2. Beat egg white in a bwol until soft peak forms.
3. Gradually add in sugar, continue beating.
4. Add in yolks and beat until stiff.
5. Add in flour and stir quickly.
6. Add in raisins and stir.
7. Pour the mixture into a well-greased round or square shallow tray. Steam for 10 minutes.
